A two year old mom was filmed dying from a balcony on the 27th floor while she was trying to take a selfie.
It is understood that the woman, locally named Sandra Manuela Da Costa Macedo, aged 44, lost balance by leaning on a railing when she took her picture.
Construction workers nearby filmed the photo, fearing to fall, moments before collapsing tragically.
She was still taking a selfie when she fell, according to witnesses.
Paramedics rushed to the Luxor Tower in a popular area of Panama City, El Cangrejo, shortly after 10 am local time on Friday.

Police sources told the local media that they thought his breath was unbalanced after several minutes of taking photos.
According to the information reported, Sandra only recently arrived in Panama from Vila das Aves, a city in northern Portugal.
She had taught at schools in the seaside resort of Esposende, near Braga, in northern Portugal and the nearby historic town of Viana do Castelo.
Erick Alzate, a witness living in the neighborhood, confirmed that his death was a tragic accident.
He said, "I live here in the tower where she fell. She had been taking selfies for a few minutes and the building workers in front of her were screaming for attention.
"She decided to sit on the guardrail for the last selfie and that's when she passed the limits."
The sympathizers have turned to social media today to offer their condolences to his family.
One of them said, "Rest in peace. A stupid way to die.
José Guillermo added: "Peace for his soul and strength for his family."
Maria del Carmen wrote: "Such a tragedy that a woman as beautiful as you loses life this way.
"My sincere condolences to your loved ones."

Construction workers from a nearby tower would have shouted to the woman to get off the ramp a few minutes before her fall.
Panama's fire services posted a warning on its official Twitter site after the tragedy: "Do not risk your life for a selfie. It is more important to lose a minute of your life than your life in one minute. "
A recent study by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi revealed that 259 people had died while they were trying to take a selfie between October 2011 and November 2017.
The results were published in the Journal of Family Medicine and Primary Care.
