DAVIE, Florida – The first full – length documentary on shooting in a school in Florida that left 17 dead shows mobile phone graphics sequences from within the school and most of which do not come from school. is not blurry.

Charlie Minn is the director of "Parkland: Inside Building 12," a two-hour graphic report about the St. John's Day massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

The show opened Friday in Davie to a small audience of survivors.

Minn convinced the students to share their videos with him. Originally, he did not blur the videos, claiming that people should see the impact. But after a parent defense group complained, he decided to scramble the images of the deceased victims. The second half of the film describes the victims.

According to the Miami Herald, survivor Maddy Wilford, who was hit by two bullets, spoke at a town hall type meeting after the screening.
