One night after the final of Season 13 of "America's Got Talent", where the finalist Michael Ketterer was ranked fifth, he was arrested under the criminal domestic violence charge.

Antonella Barba, a member of "American Idol", was arrested for heroin trafficking.
Barba, 31, was arrested and charged with distributing heroin over 100 grams in Virginia on Thursday, the Norfolk sheriff's office said. The crime charge carries five to 40 years behind bars if convicted.
The New Jersey national is held without bail in Norfolk City Prison and his trial is scheduled for Monday morning.
Barba participated in season 6 of "American Idol" in 2007. She finished in the top 16 of the reality show contest before being eliminated. Jordin Sparks finally won the season.

Barba had his share of controversy over "American Idol". Appearing in the series, racy images emerged from her topless on the beach. Additional photos of Barba posing in a wet t-shirt near the World War II memorial in Washington also surfaced.
She also appeared on "Fear Factor" in 2012.
