"Pack the Place in Pink" debuted in 2007, when Vicki Carl, Skyview's volleyball coach, was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Eleven years later, teams and other groups are organizing their own events to support the cause.

The Rimrock Mall organized a fashion show at "Pack the Mall in Pink".

This is part of the non-profit organization, "Pack the Place in Pink".

The event also sensitizes women and asks them to have an annual screening mammogram from 40 years old.

The group raises funds to help breast cancer patients in Montana.

"It's so wonderful for them," said Tracy Kangas, board member of "Pack the Place in Pink." "They are a group and a link with each other and look forward to participating in this event each year. And it's also good for new survivors, new cancer patients who suffer because they know there is hope. "

"These women are survivors," said Jennifer Jodrey, a senior mammography technician at the Billings Clinic. "We love them and we are very encouraged to see them and live their lives and that's just something that shows."

Skyview hosts Tuesday the senior volleyball "Pack the Place in Pink".

For the first time, Montana State will host a "Pack the Place in Pink" event when the Cats host Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo on November 3rd in Bozeman.
