Corey Thomas Sharpling, 21, died Saturday in the village of Cwmduad, Camarthenshire, in western Wales.

Mr. Sharpling's family said in a statement, "We are sorry for the tragic loss of our son-in-law Corey. Many knew his spirit, his charm and his sense of loyalty and we take these things with us in our hearts. "

He is one of two people killed by the effects of the storm Callum.

Meteorologist Simon Partridge said, "The more western regions that have experienced huge amounts of rain will finally become drier, brighter, with good sunny days at the end of the day on Sunday.

The best weather conditions will help the small communities in Wales affected by the storm Callum.

Images taken from the town of Crickhowell in the Brecon lighthouses showed vehicles submerged in the water after the overflow of the Usk River.
