Santa Ana winds could affect driving in the north coastal region of San Diego on Monday

Santa Ana's first major wind event in the fall could cause heavy gusts of snow in the San Diego coastal region north of the coast on Monday, prompting riots by motorists on Interstate 5, according to the National Weather Service .
