Prince Harry and Meghan Markle landed in Australia this morning in anticipation of their royal tour.
The royal couple arrived at Sydney airport around 7 am on a Qantas flight.
There were no Royal Supervisors at the Sydney International Airport to see the newlyweds.
It was originally thought that the couple had arrived in Australia on a British Airways flight from England.
Holding the hand and dressed casually, the couple came out through a rear entrance and got into a car.
Meghan, dressed in tight black pants and a coat bordered with black and burgundy, was smiling and holding records, while Harry was giving the spectators a thumbs up.
A procession of policemen took them shortly after 7:40 am to Admiralty House, where dozens of residents were waiting to greet them.
The royal couple waved to them as they walked through the gates of the Governor General's residence in Sydney just after 8 am.
They will spend the day recovering from the flight and prepare for their first full day of engagement tomorrow.
Their arrival precedes the couple's 16-day tour, including 76 engagements in Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand, which begins tomorrow.

Prince Harry and Meghan, who became Duke and Duchess of Sussex when they married in May, will travel to Sydney, Dubbo, Melbourne and Fraser Island as part of their first tour royal abroad.
Tomorrow, they will be officially greeted by Governor General Sir Peter Cosgrove, before visiting the Taronga Zoo and the Sydney Opera House.
The tour coincides with the Sydney Invictus Games, which will take place from October 20th to 28th.
