GoFundMe removes a page to help "homeless" Pete Davidson after Ariana Grande Split

After breaking up with Ariana Grande, Pete Davidson fans are trying to help him – but that sounds a lot like trolling.

The couple had shared a $ 16 million luxury apartment in upscale New York neighborhood in Chelsea. According to one GQ profile posted on Davidson in August, Grande bought the house herself. Now that the pair is separating, it seems that the SNL star could be looking for new digs.

Some anonymous citizens of the Internet have therefore decided to give him a hand by launching a GoFundMe page for the new "homeless" homeless.

"As you probably all know, Pete Davidson and his fiance recently separated," wrote a user called "Ari Remy Ma" on the crowdfunding platform. "He will need a place to sleep tonight." However, the page was removed before the $ 2,500 goal was reached.

Considering SNL pays reasonably well, we assume that Davidson, 24, will find a new location with minimal problems. But the news of her 25-year-old queen of pop separation this weekend has plunged Twitter into a frenzy of activity, most of them making Davidson the target of the joke.

On Sunday, PEOPLE confirmed that Grande and the comedian had called for abandonment. The two men have decided to end their engagement over the weekend, said Sunday TMZ.

"It was way too much and too early," PEOPLE told a large source. "It's not shocking to anyone."

A representative from Grande did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment, and the Davidson representative made no comment.
