The tensions were high Game 4 of the NLCS Tuesday night. The Dodgers were looking to equalize the series to two games each, but their offense was struggling to score points early in the game. That put pressure on the left-handed Rich Hill, who had to try to keep the Brewers' powerful offensive at bay.
While the Dodgers held a dangerous 1-0 lead in fifth place, Hill gave RBI a 1-2 Domingo Santana. He recovered, getting Lorenzo Cain on a field and crossing out Christian Yelich with a series of messy curves, but he was not happy with things when he returned to the Dodgers canoe.
On the show FS1, Joe Buck disheveled a "Happy Halloween" while this glorious rain of candy was repeated on the screen.
Hill concluded his performance by giving a quick kick to the candy bucket, to emphasize. It was amazing.
I could not have said it better myself, Joe.
Adrian Garro joined MLB.com in 2016. During his travels, Bartolo Colon and Vin Scully put their hands on his shoulders. Not at the same time, though. That would be great.
