Mariska Hargitay, star of "Law & Order: Special Unit for Victims", built around a gold dome on the O'Neill building in Manhattan, is currently on the market for $ 11.5 million. This represents a decrease from the asking price of $ 14 million in 2016.

Hargitay, who is the daughter of Jayne Mansfield, purchased the unit at 655 Sixth Ave. in Chelsea, for $ 7.12 million in 2007, real estate documents show.

She then sold $ 8.15 million in 2008, when she and her husband, the "Younger" star, Peter Hermann, moved their family to upscale neighborhoods.

The buyers were the late mogul of New York real estate Maurice Laboz and his wife Ewa.

The four-bedroom distribution measures 4,819 square feet and comes with 2,549 square feet of outdoor space. There is also a large glass room 15 meters long that connects to the dome and two terraces.

The dome itself is now a study and media room, but could also be used as a bedroom.

Hargitay and Hermann have just listed their townhouse, 45 W, 84th Street in the Upper West Side, for $ 10.75 million, for which they paid for it. The 7,000-square-foot home has six levels and five or six bedrooms (depending on the layout).

Corcoran's Robby Browne, Chris Kann and Jennifer Ireland have the list of townhouses with Alexa Lambert from Stribling.

When Maurice Laboz died in 2015, he cut his wife out of his will because they were going through a divorce. But he made sure to keep a hand of control of the grave on his two daughters, who will each inherit 10 million dollars at the age of 35.

The listing broker is Robert Falcone, of Douglas Elliman.
