Note to myself: do not live in a house built directly on the portal of hell.
Still, the season 1 of American Horror Story was iconic for a reason, and even all those years later, she continues to prove why she has caused such success.
Strolling behind the scenes of memory has never been so much fun and he never managed to envy as much emotion as meeting all our favorite characters.
There is an obvious strength in a good characterization that is not overwhelmed by the plot, something that the current season could draw its inspiration from.
During episode 6 of the 8th series of American horror, Madison and Behold Chablis arrived at Murder House, where they heard about Michael's childhood.
With the help of some fan favorites, they got all the information they needed about who Michael really was, and us too.
"Return to Murder House" was written by Crystal Liu and directed by Sarah Paulson. It was effective because it revolved around the strong character and soothed the feeling of yearning that the fans felt for Murder House since its end.
The framing and direction helped the emotional scenes and gave them another advantage.
But even more than that, I wanted to go home. American Horror Story loves to tweak and turn things around, so being allowed to stay put and remembering characters you trust was a great bonus.

Chill Out Satan
It would probably not have been so difficult to understand how Michael had got to where he was right now, and yet watching him on his way was worth the wait.
It was so easy to want to see Michael and Tate meet because he was somehow a new version of this black guy who had conquered a lot in the first performance of the series. But this resulted in a clarification of Tate's true nature, namely that it was basically not bad, and that it was the house that had driven him there.
I'm not sure of that. On the contrary, it seemed like a way to clean Tate's long list of indiscretions because the characters were coming back and his relationship with Violet was so popular.
I am a monster. Why would you help me?
Michael
So, from the point of view of writing, it made sense to want to give a happy ending to the favorite couple, an end that should be achieved by allowing Tate to slip on his indescretions.
But it has done so much damage that it will not happen on screen, especially when Violet is legitimately upset by their past.
Nevertheless, we did not have time to plunge into all this drama that turned into a canonical information moving to adapt to the current story.
It's a small concern, but it weighs heavily on who Tate really is and what it means for Michael who does not even get much from his "father".
Originally, Michael could be explained as a mixture of Satan and Tate, who showed signs of this dark side.
Now, Michael is alone. It is a product of darkness that embodies this house of murder and it belongs to no one except perhaps to the devil.
This adds to what led him to this point, but in a way, he has always been destined to become exactly what he is right now.
It fits the mold of a perfect villain because his past is fascinating, but he is still the bad guy.
There are times to sympathize with him until you remember the chaos that he caused and the people he hurt during the process. There is nothing good to find at Michael's, and it's completely correct.
A good villain fits this description without forcing the idea of a bow of redemption. Some people are just pure evil and kissing this only adds to the stakes for the heroes instead of making things boring.
Even me, I can not create something as monstrous, as evil as you.
Tate
What would be really boring is that Michael forgives in an attempt to humanize a perverse person. Vivian was right when she said that he was doomed from the start; there was never to be hope of a child conceived in this murder house.
Nothing in the fact that Vivian put Michael in the world was smooth nor without his problems, a sign that it would worsen even more when he was in the world.
And that's exactly what happened when Michael not only destroyed everything around him during his childhood, but he also allowed the planet to be destroyed.
Although curiosity for him is still growing. Was it a witch thing or a satan thing or something from Michael?

Assassination Memories
For a show that does not survive with happy ends, returning to the loved one meant getting a resolution.
Moira had it first, and it was moving. His scene with his mother was heartbreaking because it was so relatable. It was a simple way for Moira to spend the rest of her life and she is doing it now.
The walk was wonderfully structured because it expressed everything that could not be said in an hour. In retrospect, Moira has had enough to win. It is she who has had a promising future beyond the screen.
Constance was a different story because instinct depended on the fact that the audience feels bad for it. Nothing in which she found happiness never seems to have ended in her favor, until now.
The idea of Constance in search of perfection and resolute in valuing the children that she always had was charming.
Raising kids who were sometimes just vicious monsters, especially Tate and Michael, could not have been easy with her. It was clear that it was not negligence; in fact, Constance is given to herself.
They were just destined to be unlucky, and she had to end up in the chaos that reigned from there.
Tate: I'm so sorry for everything.
Violet: I know.
It was unfortunate that even her promise of a new life with her grandson ended in her belief that she had to commit suicide before Michael was killing her. There is no doubt about it, especially the discomfort that she has come to the point where she could not even trust him not to kill her in her sleep.
She nevertheless learned a lesson about keeping precious things she did not always understand.
It was a tiny puzzle that solved these open questions about the destination of ghosts in this house.
It is not clear whether, with the end of the world, the house has also ended, or if being the portal of hell guarantees the survival in the limited sense that you already have.
There is the idea of the shrine, a promise made by Michael that could actually exist.
If there was a place where others could survive, that's their best bet. He survived just about everything else, and Michael would already know him, even though he was not excited to return it.
That we know
Even so, even if this house ended after creating the person who would destroy it at some point, it was reassuring to find that there was still happiness for those who were stuck there and that the cycle could not be safe. stop turning.
Engaging with American Horror Story means adopting the concept of condemnation, often through the fault of the people involved. Nothing happens, but when that happens, it can be unsustainable.
So it is promising to suggest that people are getting better, even if they do not have to be spirits, and from there, they allow themselves to find happiness even when it is is limited.
The possibilities are there. they might need time to do something.

Unnecessary hope for the future
To continue to explore the past means that we spend even less time in the present, especially the post-apocalypse life that everyone lives with Michael.
The good news is that Cody Fern plays so well Michael Langdon that the story does not give the impression of wasting time, far from it.
And even if a combination of the iconic American Season Horror Story 1 came back with a combination of all the basic information of Michael, this is unfortunately not what this season is centered on.
Maybe that is not true and that the apocalypse part of this season is not so important, but that is what most characters direct us.
Through all these flashbacks and stories of everyone's time with Michael, everyone is always focused on the end of the world and on what probably comes next since he's still alive and in full swing .
This episode perfectly shows what really works for American Horror Story: a fascinating villain and pure nostalgia.
But what's going on now?
Our time is not yet over for the characters trying to stop Michael. We are going to get the job done with them, even though it is obvious that it could have been useful if it was still in the reign now.
There are promises in possible scenes that come back to the outpost as it is now, with some faces that apparently were not supposed to come back but who will do it now.
There are also some other links with the American part of the Horror Story Coven series, and even Dinah makes an appearance with Cordelia that might well be worth the wait.
This one broke me beyond recovery. Michael made me believe that my presence here meant something. That I had of importance.
Constancy
Interesting additions to the trip usually outweigh the concern over the timing that we first presented for not receiving the attention it deserves.
The only reason there is even something to fear is related to the fact that more seasons have been chosen for American Horror Story. If there are more, there must be a place to put them, right?
This seems more optimistic than it should be, but the assumption is that Michael will be confronted again in this outpost and that the cooperative will soon be revealed to others.
For the moment, however, the tension is rising and even if the answer to the question is already asked, there is still a war about to happen and it becomes more and more intense in the second second.
