Marissa English was in palliative care and could not attend Keith Urban's sold-out concert despite tickets to the Toledo, Ohio show.

The 25-year-old's health is rapidly declining after being born with "a myriad of health problems, including water and an inoperable cyst on his brain, severe scoliosis and cerebral palsy," according to the newspaper. WTOL-11. His nurses knew that it was not just a fan, but a great urban fan.

The nurses lobbied the country music superstar via social media and he made a surprise visit to the bedside.

Urban serenade English before his show on Thursday night.

In a video of the visit, Urban kneels down and sings "Blue Is not Your Color" in English while he holds her hand.

He even took pictures with her.

"My biggest fan"

Urban has dedicated the Ohio concert to the English "who, I really think, is my biggest fan," reported WTOL-11.

The mother of the English told the news channel that her daughter had memories of other Urban concerts that she had attended.

"She has a t-shirt that we always put on a pillow that is next to her.It's actually cute, because she's going to take the pillow and the hug and kiss her (and) … she will point to him and say "Mr. Hottie."

Her mother added that the doctors had not given Marissa English a lot of life saying, "Go home and enjoy for maybe a year, maybe that's the longest you have with her. . "

Urban has also recognized the English family in the concert audience and its nurses at Saint Vincent Hospital of Mercy Health in Toledo.

The nurses told the CBS affiliate that they wanted to make an appointment with Urban, whether in person or via a social app.

"We knew how important it was for Marissa to be at this concert," said Nurse Jan Cassity. "As she was not able to, we were hoping to find a way to get Keith to connect with her."
