Death of Medtronic founder Earl Bakken

A giant has fallen: Earl Bakken, founder of Medtronic, has died today at his home in Hawaii. He was 94 years old.
For 94 years Earl has been a visionary, a humanist and a pioneer. He not only invented the pacemaker, but created the entire field of medical technology. A believer in the healing of the whole person
