WICHITA, Kan. A federal jury said Tuesday a Wichita doctor guilty of illegal distribution of prescription drugs, said US lawyer Stephen McAllister.

Conspiracy to distribute prescription drugs outside the scope of medical practice (counts 1 and 2).

McCallister stated that prosecutors had presented evidence that Henson had written money orders, postdated orders, prescriptions without medical necessities, orders without proper medical examination, and orders for medical expenses. others than those who had come to see him.
McCallister claims that for a total of 31 counts, Mr. Henson could be sentenced to more than 60 years in jail, in addition to a multi-million dollar fine.
