Jennifer Garner is back in the dating game.

For the first time since she and Ben Affleck revealed their separation in June 2015, the 46-year-old actress is linked to a new man, entrepreneur John Miller.

"They come out casually, but it does not matter," a source told PEOPLE.

The news comes just weeks after Garner and Affleck finalized their divorce. But another insider notes that the Camping the star is ready to regain love.

"Jen wanted to leave and now that the divorce is finalized, she can finally do it," the source said earlier this month. "She had no choice but to be patient because Ben needed to complete her rehab treatment. But she was ready to sign the papers.

While the 40-year-old relationship between Garner and Miller is in its infancy, here's all you need to know about her Californian husband, Cali Group president and CEO, who owns CaliBurger restaurants.

He was previously married to a violin superstar.

Caroline Campbell, 38, a Stanford graduate, has performed across the country with Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban and Sting. She and Miller filed for divorce in 2011 after six years of marriage. Campbell is currently meeting Chris Estwanik, Vice President of Validus Reinsurance.

His company has developed a robot called Flippy.

The CaliBurger chain, which has 50 restaurants in a relaxed fashion, uses a unique robotic technique that involves reversing the steps. "Flippy" is the world's first self-powered robotic kitchen assistant developed by Miso Robotics, also owned by the Cali group, who works with kitchen staff to help them consistently prepare freshly baked hamburgers.

"We really see ourselves as a technology company selling cheeseburgers," Miller said at the 2017 Franchising & Innovation Restaurant Summit in London.
