It has been confirmed that Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio will meet to present David Grann's bestselling book Killers of the moon flower on the big screen, with Scorsese behind the lens and DiCaprio in the lead role.
Located in Oklahoma from the 1920s, Killers of the moon flower tells the true story of the killings of members of the Osage Nation – then the world's richest per capita because of the oil they contain – as well as the FBI's investigation of these murders.
The film is scheduled to go into production next summer, with a screenplay by Eric Roth, whose other credits include A star is born, L & # 39; initiated and Forrest Gump.
