She and her team of doctors also hope that this unusual event will spark the necessary dialogue on breast cancer.
"This patient will undergo a scarring-free operation where we will make an incision in the armpit and eliminate cancer and lymph nodes through an incision without incisions on the chest," said Dr. Allison DiPasquale, a surgeon. breast cancer specialist. .
