Married couple found dead identified as teacher in Indiana: police

Two long-time teachers found dead in a suburban home about 21 km northeast of Indianapolis were identified Thursday, police said.

The fishermen's police, reacting Wednesday night to the announcement of gunshots, found the bodies of a man and a woman, identified as 52-year-old Frank Sergi II, and Kristal Sergi, 44 years old.

"Just before 6 pm Last night, fishery police officers responded to the Saxony district after a 911 caller reported hearing possible shots in the area. Upon arrival, officers determined that the suspicious noise was coming from a house located in the 13000 block of Dorster Street. The police entered the residence and found the bodies of two adults, "said Sgt. Tom Weger informed Fox News by e-mail Thursday afternoon.

Weger said the investigators did not think anyone was involved.

"They are going through a divorce and I know it can be very difficult," said neighbor Michael Jenson at Fox 59 about the Sergi. "But to see that, it's like wow." "How and why would it push someone to do something as sad and tragic as it is incredible?"

Autopsies were planned. The causes of death are expected to be announced Friday, reported Fox 59.

Schools in southeastern Hamilton described the Sergis as long-time staff members and stated that Hoosier Road and Fall Creek Intermediate elementary school classes would be canceled for the remainder of the week to allow bereavement care.

As Fox News had previously reported, the school district issued the following statement: "It is with deep sadness that we have learned of the sudden death of two longtime staff members when they are not in the business. an incident occurred Wednesday night.
