The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent time this morning at the famous Wellington Café, Maranui, to discuss with youth mental health advocates the importance of mental health education around a cup of coffee. tea.
Prince Harry interviewed Voices of Hope advocates about the role of social media and their role in the number of youth with mental health symptoms.
He said that it was a real subject that needed to be discussed.

Ezekiel Raui of the Key to Life Community Support Group was one of the youth advocates. It's his second royal commitment this year after his visit to Buckingham Palace.

The royal couple has now crossed the Cook Strait to visit Abel Tasman National Park, where they will take a walk in the bush and go to a barbecue.
They will also meet some of the park's young ambassadors and local school children at a tree-planting barbecue.
Conservation Department Forest Ranger Andrew Lamason will show Harry and Meghan the park's bays and tell them he will talk to them about the conservation efforts being made in the area.
He said cloudy weather would not slow the spirits.
