Khaleda gets 7 years' jail

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and three others, Harris Chowdhury, political trainer to the PM Khaleda were sentenced to seven years' rigorous imprisonment in the Zia Charitable Trust corruption case.

According to the case statement, the former prime minister and three others abused their power and raised funds for the trust from unknown sources.
