"He made us champions, so he's a champion"

Players and fans of Leicester City paid tribute to the club's owner, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, after it was confirmed that he was one of five people killed in a helicopter crash in front of the King Power Stadium Saturday night.
The Thai billionaire, two of his staff, the pilot and a passenger died when the helicopter crashed and caught fire, minutes after takeoff. Here is everything we know so far.
Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel, who attended the accident, said that he was heartbroken and that he admired Mr. Srivaddhanaprabha "as a leader, as a father and as as a man ".
Striker Jamie Vardy said he was "an incredible man who had the biggest heart", while the club said his death was "an unspeakable loss".
Fans lay flowers, scarves and club shirts on the floor, many people praising Mr. Srivaddhanaprabha's leadership. He took office in 2010 and saw the club win its incredible Premier League victory in 2016.
"He made us champions, so he is a champion," said a supporter.
The next Leicester match against Southampton in the EFL Cup on Tuesday has been postponed.
Budget day
Chancellor Phillip Hammond will present his latest budget before Brexit. It is understood that mental health services in England will receive additional funds, but it is also forced to find additional funds for other public services after years of austerity.

A plane crashes off Jakarta
At the latest news, an airliner with 188 passengers aboard crashed shortly after taking off from the Indonesian capital, Jakarta.
The Air Boeing 737 Lion, heading for the town of Pangkal Pinang, lost contact with the ground control a few minutes after takeoff as it flew over the sea.
