Kim Kardashian & Kanye West photographer Marcus Hyde in a serious car accident

A photographer who travels the world with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West was seriously injured in a car accident … TMZ learned.

According to eyewitnesses … Marcus Hyde was driving to Malibu early Monday morning, cruising PCH, when he lost control and crossed a bank. We were told that he had had convulsive seizures as a result of the accident and that he had been flown to the Ronald Reagan Medical Center of UCLA.

A witness testified that Marcus was down 200 feet from the main road. As you can see in the photos of the scene obtained by TMZ, the car was completely destroyed in the wreckage.

Marcus – who runs regularly for Kim, Kanye and other Kardashians – is a very good gear and has planned night outings with high-end exotic cars on Sunday night. This time he was driving a Mercedes AMG CLS … that he showed on social media.

We were told that Marcus had a female passenger, who was hospitalized.

His condition is unknown so far, but a police source tells us that he was seriously injured in the head.
