Randy Orton takes a shot at John Cena
When asked if John Cena did not participate in Friday's WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia, Randy Orton seemed to be joking on Wednesday.
In an interview with TMZ Sports, Orton said: "Is he still struggling? "
Cena was originally scheduled to compete in the Crown Jewel Tournament, but Acting General Manager Baron Corbin, the replacement, was replaced by Bobby Lashley.
By Robbie Fox of Barstool Sports, Cena refused to fight in the series after Washington Post Journalist Jamal Khashoggi was killed at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on 2 October.
Cena is a part-time WWE superstar because of his engagements in Hollywood, since he has only worked two matches since WrestleMania 34 in April.
Possible shots of WrestleMania for Trish Stratus and Lita
After competing in Evolution, Trish Stratus and Lita, members of the WWE Hall of Famous, could be in the running for a few more games.
According to PWInsider (Marc Middleton of Wrestling Inc.), WWE plans to use Stratus and Lita in a "major team match" at WrestleMania 35 next year.
At Evolution, Stratus and Lita teamed up to beat Mickie James and Alicia Fox. The following night at Raw, they teamed up with Sasha Banks, Bayley and Natalya to beat James, Fox and The Riott Squad.
Although it's not clear to whom Stratus and Lita might be facing WrestleMania, Banks and Bayley stand out as solid options considering their status as longtime fight fans.
Mick Foley reveals the favorite moment of his career in wrestling
Mick Foley has had many memorable moments throughout his illustrious wrestling career, but one of them remains his favorite.
In an interview with Andy Malnoske of Wrestling Inc., Foley explained the meaning of his first World Title win at WWE: "When I won my first WWE title with the world's biggest star [The Rock]. The more he grows up, the better I look back. It was already a great moment, looking back almost 20 years ago, so we may have another anniversary tour to celebrate this one. "
Foley defeated The Rock for the WWE title on January 4, 1998 at Raw.
The match was recorded on December 29, which led the WCW to cancel the result on Nitro. Rather than preventing viewers from turning to Raw, they tipped over to witness the title change, which helped reverse the wind in favor of the WWE during the Monday night war.
