Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani proposes national events on the site of the Statue

Prime Minister Vijay Rupani proposed Thursday that all events, conferences and conventions of national or international level, to be held in Gujarat, be organized on the site of the Statue of unity. Rupani also said his government would develop all kinds of state-of-the-art amenities at the site of the world's tallest statue.

"I hope that conferences or meetings of national or international level will be held in Gujarat on the site of the Statue of Unity.Our Government will develop all kinds of advanced and state-of-the-art facilities in this place, to facilitate the guests who visit this place, "said CM.

"Our vision is to turn this place into a world tourist destination and we hope people from all over the world will visit it – it's the perfect place to unite all the people of India." Meanwhile, the director general of Uttar Pradesh will be the first political guest from outside Gujarat to visit the Statue of Unity. Yogi Adityanath will visit the statue on Friday.

President Kovind visits December 15

President Ram Nath Kovind will visit the statue of the unit on December 15th. The statue was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday. Rupani said chief ministers, union ministers, industrialists and artists would visit the statue in the coming weeks.
