Heather Locklear faces legal problems again.
After the Melrose Place Alun, 57, was arrested and hospitalized for an overdose last June. She is now facing a new lawsuit against her claiming to have physically and verbally assaulted the EMT who responded to her residence during the summer.

Jennifer Hayn-Hiton answered the call on June 24 at Locklear's home, claiming that the actress had kicked her and caused her injuries serious enough to keep her unemployed , according to judicial documents filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ.
Hayn-Hiton, a single mother of three, also claims that Locklear wanted his young children to die of AIDS.
EMT is now claiming unspecified damages, in the hope that Locklear will be responsible for medical expenses, loss of salary due to missing work and fees for pain and suffering, according to TMZ.

The lawsuit would have been a last resort for Hayn-Hiton and his lawyer, Kevin Flahavan, who allege they have tried repeatedly to be forgiven for the actress.
"It had a tremendous impact on our client and her children," he told TMZ. "When Ms. Locklear went to rehab, we hoped she would learn to repair the wrongs done to those she had hurt."
"We reached out to her and she ignored us many times," Flahavan said. "It became clear that Ms. Locklear would not be solely responsible for her actions."
A Locklear representative did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Locklear was arrested in June after she allegedly attacked the police officer and the EMT, who had responded to a disturbance call at his home. Police told people that Locklear was "extremely intoxicated" and "quarreled with friends and family" upon arrival.
A few hours after being released from custody, Locklear was hospitalized for a possible overdose.
People had already been sent to Locklear's home a week earlier, after receiving a call from the sheriff's office for a "suicidal" person who was "violent," according to an incident report from the county's fire department. Ventura obtained by PEOPLE.
The actress was later charged with a battery chief, a police chief, a battery commander, and a leader of resistance, obstruction or delay of a police officer .

In July, PEOPLE confirmed that the actress was seeking long-term treatment for her addiction and mental health.
That same month, Locklear's former husband, Richie Sambora, expressed his support for the actress, with whom he shares his 21-year-old daughter Ava. (Locklear and Sambora were married in 1994 and their divorce was finalized in 2007.)
"Of course I'll always be here for Heather and especially for Ava," said the 59-year-old Bon Jovi guitarist. Daily mail. "I am very proud of my daughter for her coolness and strength in this difficult time."
