Police said that a brawl between a passenger and a bus driver was the cause of a bus that had fallen off a bridge in southwestern China.

The vehicle plunged into part of the Yangtze River in Chongqing City, killing 15 people, including the driver.

A video taken from the black box of the bus shows a passenger who is fighting with the driver a few moments before the accident.

The Dashcam sequence of an approaching vehicle then shows the bus that deviates from its lane, hits a car and crosses a security fence before flowing into the river.

According to the police, the fight started after one passenger missed her stop and asked the driver to stop immediately.

He refused and then hit his head with his mobile phone, prompting the driver to retaliate. He then lost control of the bus.

The wreck was removed from the river on Wednesday night by a floating crane.

Thirteen bodies were found. Two are still missing.
