The indictment documents against a woman and her boyfriend reveal horrific details about the death of a college station girl.
The records obtained by Eyewitness News arrive a few hours after the autopsy of a child suspected of being Hazana Anderson was completed by the Galveston County Medical Examiner's Office.
Court documents indicate that Hazana's mother, Tiaundra Christon, and her boyfriend Kenny Hewett beat the girl to death in mid-October, then kept her body in a vehicle for three days before throwing it away. Texas City.
A Galveston County dive team on Wednesday discovered the body of a child in the waters bordering Highway 146. Authorities are now waiting for conclusive DNA findings to confirm the identity of this child.

From the beginning, the police said that there were inconsistencies in the story of Christon about the disappearance of his daughter, according to indictment documents.
Christon claimed on Sunday that she had left Anderson in a stroller for a minute while she was retrieving objects in her vehicle and that the girl had disappeared while she was going to Gabbard Park in College. Station.
State investigators looking into a dumpster found a black bag containing a doll. She wore the clothes that Christon described for her daughter when she disappeared. However, the detectives found evidence that the woman was manipulating these objects.
After his indictment, documents indicate that Christon revealed to the investigators exactly how Hazana died.
Christon alleges that on October 19, she lived with her boyfriend, sometimes called her fiancé, at a hotel on Monroe Road, southeast of Houston.
At one point, Hewett left with Hazana to look for food at a neighbor, Taco Cabana. Upon their return, documents indicate that the 2-year-old girl was crying uncontrollably.
When Hewett became angry at the crying of the child, documents indicate that he started beating him with a belt, causing him to burn marks to his legs, arms and back. face.

Then, the man challenged Christon to "discipline his child," according to court documents.
"Christon described Hewett as not being satisfied with the way she hit (Hazana), so he took the belt and started hitting (Hazana) with the belt," the documents say.
During the beating, the girl lost consciousness. It was then that Christon and Hewett put the child in a bathtub and poured water on her face to revive her. She died shortly after.
At one point, documents allege that the two men tried to use "the hair dryer to try to warm it up" and, in doing so, "the hair dryer started to burn the skin (Hazana) ".
The corpse of the child was kept three days in the plastic garbage bag at the back of his mother's vehicle for three days.
The documents indicate that on October 23, the two men went to an unknown location near the water to get rid of the body.
"Hewett helped her by wrapping the bag and the corpse in a rope and tying a heavy rock" before they "throw the corpse in a water", say the documents.
