Chris StapletonThe set becomes a little bigger.
The country singer announced during a concert Friday night at Madison Square Garden in New York that he and his wife Morgane Stapleton wait for their fifth child together, let them know about several outlets.
"Some of you may know we have four kids," Chris told the crowd at The Garden, according to a video published by The Blast. "Now there are four for us, but we will make five!"
The number of parents at Stapleton increased just seven months ago when Morgane gave birth to twins. "We are very grateful to finally be home with our sweet family," Morgan wrote on Instagram shortly after having the twins. "We would like to especially thank the amazing nurses and doctors at the Centennial Hospital for Women and Children in Nashville, and over a month earlier we spent a week in Nicu & incredible people kept our boys healthy and happy. "
In January, Chris won his third Grammy Award. He won the Best Country Album Award for his work on From a room: Volume 1. Chris and his group beat the likes of Lady Antebellum, Kenny Chesney, Small big city and Thomas Rhett.
Morgane is part of Chris's group. The husband and wife often share photos of the road. On October 30, 2017, Morgane published a tribute to Chris in honor of their wedding anniversary. The black and white photo showed that they were looking at each other with love. "14 years old, 2 babies and 2 others on the way, happy birthday, baby, you make my whole world move," she wrote.
The same day, the couple announced that he was expecting twins.
