After appearing earlier in the season to talk about her tumultuous summer and her engagement with musician Ariana Grande, Pete Davidson went to the Weekend weekend counter on Thursday. Saturday Night Live November 3 to talk about the mid-term elections and ended up talking about the recent breakup.
First, he mentioned the break-up by saying that he had begun to pay attention to the mid-term elections after having to move to his mother's house. But after being mocked at appearances by conservative candidates Rick Scott, Peter King, Dan Crenshaw and Greg Pence, as well as Democratic President Andrew Cuomo, Davidson also had a few words to say about Grande.
About the breakup, Davidson said, "The truth is that it does not look anyone."
"Sometimes things just do not work." "He's a great and strong person," he continued about his ex. "I wish him all the happiness of the world".
Less than an hour before tonight's episode SNLGrande has released a new single thanking her exes – titled "thank you, next door" – in which she mentions Davidson, their commitment and spinoffs.
