Half Lovato is in rehab, confirms PEOPLE.

"She just went back to L.A. a few days ago," said a source about the 26-year-old singer. "She seems to be doing well until now."

Lovato was seen outside the Matsuhisa restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday night, sitting next to a clothing designer Henry Levy in a car, TMZ reported. Depending on the point of sale, the couple was smiling and laughed throughout the meal.

TMZ also reported that Lovato had been seen at a spa in Beverly Hills this weekend.
