KATY, Texas (KTRK) –
Authorities identified the two teenagers and a man found dead in a house in the Katy area Sunday morning.
Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said that this happened at the 3 800 block of Silverhawk Drive.
Authorities said they received a call from a Reyna Isabel Perez around 3:50 pm Sunday, saying she could not find her family.
When the deputies arrived, they searched the house and found the bodies of Maria Perez, 14, Isabella Perez, 15, and their father-in-law, Victor Portillo, in a bedroom on the second floor of the house. .
The three men died as a result of a gunshot wound. Investigators say the shooting appears to be a murder-suicide.
