MOSCOW (SPUTNIK) – South Korea and North Korea have waved yellow flags at 22 guard posts near their heavily fortified border, local press reports said Sunday, quoting officials from the South Korean defense ministry.

The flags have been hoisted to show that the guard posts must be dismantled in accordance with the agreement reached at the third inter-Korean summit in September, according to the Yonhap News Agency.
