The Spice Girls are expected to announce that they will meet for a tour of the UK next year – but without Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham.
Baby Spice Emma Bunton confirmed this information when she was asked by Jamie Theakston, co-host of her Heart Show radio show.
"Everything will be announced today after 3 pm – on social media, @SpiceGirls," she said.
Theakston asked Bunton if a group video message would be released, later revealing the dates of the stadium tour for 2019.
But all that Bunton would have said was, "After 3 o'clock in the day, you'll know everything, I'm so excited, I want it there, it'll be brilliant."
An account was created on Instagram, called @SpiceGirls, which shared an image of the four elements. Frightening spice Melanie Brown, baby spice Emma Bunton, ginger spice Geri Horner and sport spice Melanie Chisholm.
They will tour without Beckham who focuses on his fashion sector.
The bio section of the Instagram account says: "Official Spice Girls Official Account #GirlPower #FriendshipNeverEnds"
The group has not played together since the closing ceremony of the London Olympics in 2012.
The Spice Girls were created in 1994 and were one of the most successful acts of the decade, with successes such as Wannabe, 2 Being 1 and Viva Forever. They paused in 2000.
The Spice Girls played four plays for two years after Halliwell's resignation in 1998.
Victoria and Mel C both participated in the charity fundraiser on the evening of the Global Gift Gala in London.
Victoria shared a photo of them together on Instagram, writing: "So proud of @melaniecmusic X fantastic performance tonight !!! X #friendshipneverends #girlpower # kisses kisses VB."
In July, Mel B confirmed that they would meet this year.
