LONDON – A report indicates that Spice Girls are about to give fans what they really want: a meeting.

The Sun newspaper announced Saturday that the group of girls of the 90s was about to announce a new tour, but without the original member, Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham.

According to the newspaper, the group recorded a message that will air on Monday, announcing a tour of the 2019 UK stadium.

Besides Beckham, who is now a successful fashion designer, the lineup includes Melanie "Sporty Spice" Chisholm, Emma "Baby Spice" Bunton, Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown and Geri "Ginger Spice" Horner.

The band was a 1990s phenomenon with hits like "Wannabe" and "Viva Forever". They played four pieces for two years after the resignation of Horner in 1998, his split in 2000 and his last meeting at the 2012 London Olympics.

Their return is managed by Simon Fuller and Modest Management, the firm behind the success of One Direction.

In a press release, it was recently inadvertently revealed that the foursome would appear during the ITV live debate later this month.

"This week on the show The Jonathan Ross Show, Emma Bunton, Mel B, Mel C and Geri Horner will chat together on the couch. In addition, the hilarious John Bishop and international pop icon Kylie Minogue, who will also perform a duet with Jack Savoretti, "the statement said.

The information had been leaked early, as ITV officials had instructed reporters: "The information contained in this document is under embargo from any press, online, social media, non-commercial publication or syndication – in the public domain – until Tuesday, November 6, 2018. "

Mel B had previously claimed that the band would be making a reunion tour without Victoria and was mocking Posh's absence with a cheeky Halloween disguise last week while she was dressing up like his teammate and waved a sign saying "No, I'm not going on tour."
