A Michigan couple who reportedly let his baby starve decided to call a lawyer before September 11, justice announced.

Seth Welch and Tatiana Fusari, both 27, were charged with the murder of their 10-month-old daughter Mary. The couple said they found the baby insensitive in his cradle.
