A young boy from Nebraska died tragically after a bouncing ball on which he was playing with his sister caught a gust of wind, the sheriff's office announced.
Caleb Acuna, 2, and her sister, Aura, 5, were playing on the bounce platform at a private event on the night of September 3rd at JK's Pumpkin Patch, just north of Lincoln, Nebraska.
They played on the rebound around 18h. when a strong gust of wind raised the cushion and overturned it, according to a statement from the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office released Friday.

Raymond Fire and Rescue Services, Valparaiso and Lincoln Fire Services and Lincoln Fire Services responded to the incident. The two children were sent to Bryan Health West Campus for their injuries.
"Aura had a broken arm during the incident and Caleb was seriously injured in the head," the statement said.
The 2-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the hospital at 12:45. Thursday.
The statement concluded, "The Lancaster County Attorney has ordered an autopsy in this case and the investigation is ongoing."
