A Texan father was charged Monday with abandoning children six months after police announced that his 6-year-old daughter had strangled his 1-year-old brother to death in the back seat of the car while He was doing some shopping, the Houston Chronicle reported.
Adrian Deshaun Middleton, 26, reportedly told authorities that he had left his two children in the car while he was browsing a casual store near Houston.
