We do not always know how and where we will make a friend. While we all expected to have friends at work, at school or in our neighborhood, you never know who you might meet during a bus ride, at the cafe … or when you get caught pour beer during a baseball game.
During the Wild Card AL game between the A and Yankees, a fan of A had the unfortunate experience of being poured beer while encouraging his team at Yankee Stadium. The A's were quickly on the case to identify the fan and get him new equipment without beer.
It did not take long for the fan of A to identify. I mean, who does not want free material?
That's me !! Never been more proud to be a fan of A Born and raised in Oakland but living in Brooklyn now. Sad, my chavez sweater is covered in beer but it was well worth it! You are the best!

Despite the incident, there was no resentment. Both parties made amends and even found themselves to relax

But their budding friendship did not stop there. Even though John 's Aces are no longer in the playoffs, he has agreed with Chris – the pitcher – to attend ALDS Game 4 on Tuesday night at Yankee Stadium:

Chris even bought the ticket for his new friend.
All things considered, this seems to be one of the least likely friendships of all time. But it makes us even happier that it happened!
Eric Chesterton is a screenwriter for Cut4. He particularly enjoys fighting against teams, stolen bases and celebrating his birthday with mascots at the stadium.
