A Florida player who allegedly raped a girl while he was playing at the other end listened: report

A Florida video player was arrested on Wednesday after being caught by another player who raped a teenager.

Daniel Fabian, 18, was playing a video game in June when he announced to another player that he was going to take a break to "crush" a 15-year-old girl who was at home, reported Fox 13, citing an affidavit relating to his arrest.

Fabian would have left the party but would have left his microphone, said the other player to the police. The witness testified that she heard the girl at Fabian shout "no" before Fabian joined the party 15 minutes later.

The girl alleged to have been assaulted by Fabian told the authorities that Fabian had put her hand on her mouth and raped her, which would have been confirmed by a medical examination.

Online recordings from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office indicate that Fabian was arrested for an obscene and lascivious battery charge on a 12- to 15-year-old victim.
