The death of a one-year-old girl left in a stuffy car in Florida led to the arrest of the mother of the child accused of manslaughter.

The accused, 29-year-old Kailyn Pollard, reportedly let toddler Kit Noelle Pollard roast in a car in Sanford for hours on Friday, according to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. She would not have realized that Kit was there.

Pollard went to work from 9:00 to 16:00. with the baby in the car, reported WKMG-TV, citing the arrest report. Pollard normally leaves her kit at the daycare while she goes to work, but did not do it on Friday.

Pollard still had not realized that Kit was in the car after leaving work and going to the restaurant to look for food, according to the station's report.

The arrest reports indicate that Pollard finally learned that Kit was in the car at 4:40 pm. when she stopped to take gasoline, reported WKMG.

The maximum temperature at Sanford Friday was 96 degrees, the resort reported.

Pollard is required instead of a $ 20,000 bond.
