A J. Bouye (calf) excluded Jaguars against the Eagles

London fans will not have the chance to taste A.J. The broad sticky blanket of Bouye this week.

Bouye will not travel with the Jacksonville Jaguars to London for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles because of a calf injury, the team said. The Pro Bowler was injured during Wednesday's training and took place Thursday, announced Ian Rapoport.

In addition to Bouye, cornerback Tyler Patmon will not be traveling because of a neck injury.

Once Bouye and Patmon eliminated, the Jaguars will have to rely more on their passes to keep Carson Wentz and the Eagles under control. The Jaguars have the best pass defense in the league (179.7 yards per game).

Jacksonville sometimes had difficulties in high school, Bouye and Jalen Ramsey not reproducing the figures released last year. Bouye dominated the smugglers' league (31.6) among the bends in the NFL last year, but dropped to 25th place (77.0) this season. Ramsey was 13th last year (63.9) and 35th (81.4) this year. The team has also struggled to cover slot machines since losing Aaron Colvin to Houston Texans in free agency.

The rookie alongside Quenton Meeks, Tre Herndon and Dee Delaney should have plenty of time against the Eagles at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.

Eagles linebacker Nathan Gerry (ankle, knee), cornerback Sidney Jones (hamstring) and running back Darren Sproles (hamstring) will also not be in London due to injuries. Philadelphia also placed defensive end Derek Barnett (rotator cuff) on injured reserve Thursday.
