Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald says Kyle Jaenke-Annis, 32, was arrested this weekend at James and Denise Closs for burglary.
A man was arrested for forcibly entering the house. The parents of missing Jayme Closs were shot dead two weeks ago as the police continued their desperate search for the teenager.
Kyle Jaenke-Annis, 32, was charged after being arrested at the home of James and Denise Closs, Wisconsin, according to the Barron County Sheriff.
The couple was found shot dead on October 15 and their 13-year-old daughter Jayme was missing.
The authorities believe that Jayme was abducted and that she was removed from the murder of her parents.
According to the complaint, the authorities discovered Jaenke-Annis at his home in Closs early Saturday, the morning of the funeral.
Jaenke-Annis told investigators that he had found the house unlocked, entered and took Jayme's clothes.
Fitzgerald did not explain why Jaenke-Annis had been cleared of any involvement in Jayme's disappearance.
He is scheduled to appear in court on November 7.
The reward for bringing Jayme home was doubled to $ 50,000, two weeks after she left home and the death of her parents.

Two thousand volunteers helped the investigators search a five-mile radius around Closs's home earlier this week, but no evidence was found.
The investigators believe that Jayme is still alive and that they will not stop looking until they bring her home.
On Thursday, the authorities had received 1,740 tips and closed over 1,400 tips, according to Fitzgerald.

Research efforts intensified in Barron, Wisconsin, as 2,000 volunteers came to assist officers from the Barron County Sheriff's Department in their attempt to locate missing Miss Jayme Closs.

The authorities are now looking for two interesting vehicles after cars were spotted near the Closs house around the time of the crime.
One of the vehicles was probably a red or orange Dodge Challenger from 2000 to 2014, according to surveillance footage taken at nearby homes and businesses.
The second car was probably a black Ford Edge from 2006 to 2010 or an Acura MDX from 2004 to 2010 black, according to the sheriff's office.

Investigators were asked to hold the line and report any resistance or hostility they might face to law enforcement.
Just before 1am, a person called 911 from Denise Closs's mobile phone, and the 911 dispatcher heard "a lot of screaming".
The dispatcher called back the number but could not leave a voicemail message.
No more attempts were made, but the phone was not answered. The authorities then attempted to call the landline at home, but this turned out to be disconnected.
By the time the authorities arrived home a few minutes later, they learned that the door had been pushed in and that the couple had been shot.
It was believed that their daughter, Jayme, was home when her parents were killed, but she was abducted by the authorities upon her arrival.
