WAYNE CO. N.C. – A man from Chapel Hill was arrested in Wayne County for exceeding the speed limit by more than 100 miles at the time, reports WTVD.

The Goldsboro Police Service learned that motorists were doing street racing on November 18 at approximately 12:30 pm on Highway 70.
