Authorities are investigating the death of a man found early Friday after reports of gun shots in a business of an unincorporated area near Roselle.

According to a sheriff's office press release, at approximately 3:30 pm, agents from the DuPage County Sheriff's Office responded to an incident in Lake Street Block 25W300.

A sign forward identified the company as Bella One, but the nature of the company was not immediately known. The crime band surrounded the building.

The release did not indicate injuries that the man appeared to have suffered, but stated that he had been declared dead on the scene.

"It was an isolated incident and a person of interest was quickly located and is being detained and interrogated about the incident at the sheriff's office," the statement said.

A shooting death occurred about four months ago at a place of space on a Friday morning.

On June 3, Sanchez Townes-Elliot, 27, died after a gun fight at a recording studio, authorities said. Owen A. Reneau, 30, of Oak Park, is charged with murder and is currently awaiting trial.
