The commuter who filmed another man shaving a suburban train to New York and posted the video on social media said he had never wanted to hurt.
"I've never wanted to hurt taking or publishing this video," Pete Bentivegna said in a tweet on Tuesday. "There has been a lot of interest in the licenses and all the profits will go to Anthony Torres and his family."
Bentivegna was in a New Jersey Transit train on Thursday night when he took Torres's video sitting in his seat, regularly swaying his foamy face and throwing razor shaving cream on the floor.

Self-grooming received its share of negative comments on the Internet, with insults like "slob", "animal" and "naughty". do not know the whole story.
Torres told The Associated Press that people who judge him on social media do not know the fight he's going through in his life.
"My life is completely fucked, which is why I was shaving on the train," he said.
Torres said that he had been homeless and housed in a shelter in New York. He said that he had left the shelter before he could shower and clean himself and wanted to look "presentable".
"I do not want to say that I am homeless, that everyone knows it," he said. "That's why I was shaving."
Torres said that he did not realize that he was filmed on the train. When he discovered that the video was circulating on the Internet, he was stunned and a little upset.
"I never thought it would go viral, people were making fun of me," he said.
A man from Washington, DC, who works for the MoveOn public policy group, launched a GoFundMe for Torres that raised nearly $ 21,000 at 10 pm Tuesday evening.
