The Florida man whose photo mugs became viral last week for his tree-trunk-sized neck seemed to have not learned his lesson while he was behind bars – he was arrested again Wednesday for apparently leading the police during a high speed chase.

Charles Dion McDowell, 31, was arrested Wednesday morning in Alabama after police used pimple barrettes to stop his car while he was trying to escape the police on the Interstate 85, reported the plain manager Auburn.

The photo of a McDowell mug became a viral sensation last week after the Escambia County Sheriff's Office posted it on his Facebook page to announce his arrest – including charges of evading police .

"McDowell is currently being invited to the GoldStar Hotel with a $ 57,000 bond," the MP wrote.

Record shows that he paid bail and was released from prison.

After Wednesday's arrest, McDowell now faces five more charges in Alabama: police elimination, second-degree marijuana possession, driving with a revoked license, careless driving and improper use of the track.

He was released Wednesday after depositing $ 5,400 bail.

It did not take long for the jokes to start flowing, with former WWE Champion Sean "X-Pac" Waltman on Twitter.

"It ends in the wrong corner of wood," he wrote.
