The Israeli army said it had foiled a knife attack near the Kiryat Arba settlement in the West Bank.
According to IDF spokesman, a Palestinian allegedly attempted to stab Israeli civilians and an officer before being shot by a soldier.
The attacker was evacuated for treatment and no Israeli casualties were reported.
