A police officer from Pomona shot dead a suspect following the death of a police policeman from Cal Poly Pomona on campus Friday afternoon, authorities announced

None Officer was injured during the shooting involving the police, tweeted Olivieri. No information is immediately available about how the suspect was shot and the death of the parking agent occurred.
The campus tweeted a security alert shortly after 5 pm indicating significant police activity at Campus South (Lanterman) and Lyle Center. Students were advised to stay away from these areas.
