The scary cop was filmed taking snaps of the involuntary reveler by a woman named Jessica at the rap event in Houston, Texas on Tuesday night.

A spokesperson tweeted: "We are aware of a video that shows the actions of one of our officers at a concert last night.
"Although HPD did not receive a formal complaint, we launched an internal investigation.
