A porter was filmed by opening a suitcase on a luggage cart and pinching a new teenager's loudspeaker.

A passenger from a Ryanair flight from Ibiza to Madrid on Friday filmed the thief in action before alerting a commissar of air.

The speaker, who cost about 140 euros (98 pounds), belonged to a teenager traveling with his mother and was only offered for his birthday three days ago.









The police forced the man to confess before returning the stolen object to his rightful owner.

It is believed that the porter – now the subject of a lawsuit and only starting work three days earlier – would have been fired.

The images of his crime – published by the insular newspaper Diario de Ibiza – showed him opening the case on a luggage cart before sinking inside it. a hand and put the red speaker in his left pocket.

The images appeared to have been taken on the tarmac next to the plane.

The incident occurred Friday morning and caused a delay of two and a half hours of the flight.

The woman who bought her for her son told Diario de Ibiza: "The police told me it was the third day the man was working at the airport and that he sent the lecturer back to me. at once.

"I was very grateful because I had bought it for my son's birthday.

The teenager and his mother will have to travel to Ibiza to testify during the man's trial, but they will not have to pay the travel expenses.
